Do you manufacture pumps?
No. Our main activity is the distribution of pumps made by several UK, EC and American pump manufacturers, including JABSCO , RULE and CASTER. We specialise in their products. We specify and motorise these and other pumps for particular applications. We also design, assemble, test and supply pump systems based on the products of the manufacturers we serve.

Can you repair any type of pump?
No. We restrict ourselves to the pump ranges in which we specialise, so that we can offer expert help and after-sales support.

Can you help me with a pump I can't identify?
We will do what we can to help you. First, send us what information you have by fax or email

Can you visit my works to service/ repair / trouble-shoot my pump installation?
We do not offer on-site service as a normal part of our business. Whether or not we supplied the pump(s) to you in the first place, we will offer you what assistance we can, depending on the type of pump(s), the distance, and the time available. We normally make a charge for site visits.

Do you supply pumps not shown on your website?
Yes. If you do not see what you require, contact us. We will do our best to assist you. If we are unable to help, we will say so promptly — so as not to waste your time, or ours.
